sorry but. . .none. I checked for about 2 months. couldn't find a thing. (:
Maxis made it so you have to play the original spore to unlock the spore GA's. E.G: Get a warrior Civ to give you a mission, (unless you don't play online) 60% chance that you will get a Maxis Adventure, 35% chance you'll get another Players creation and 5% chance you won't get a GA. The other persons games and the maxis games chances flip when you've already completed the adventure.
when playing offline the only creatures and creations that you will see are those that you have made and those that the company (Maxis) has made. When playing online you get to see and interact with creatures that other people around the world have made including your own and those mad by Maxis
The game right out of the box is fully functional offline. The main benefit to playing connected to the Spore servers is that any planets you create will be inhabited with other users created creatures. Also, upon reaching the space stage planets will be inhabited with other users creations. Playing offline means the only inhabitants other than your own creations will be made by Maxis (the creators of Spore).
If you mean spore the game, there could be humans, made by other users. Though our solar system is in spore, there are no official humans (made by the creators of the game) in spore.
It transfers them to Spore if Spore Creature Creator is uninstalled.
yes.
EA and Will Wright, same people who made The Sims
Most likely things made by the guns company.
Yes; it's called Spore Hero and should come out sometime in September 2009.

Matter.
If you have not bought the expansion for Spore, Spore Galactic Adventures, you cannot play, view, or edit creations made using Spore Galactic Adventures. If you have bought the game, you must not click the regular spore icon to play the game, but you must click the Spore Galactic Adventures Icon.
