SS 3cr14 is a corrosion resistant stainless steel, with a 14% chromium content, used to make the blade of the knife or knives.
I'm assuming messer indicates the manufacturer and Set ds-503 is the catalog number of their knife set.
antihaft - means nonstick in german.
First, check to make sure the blade is not missing teeth or worn out. If so, replace it. Second, if the blade is still good but not cutting it means it is glazed over. Run the blade through an abrasive material (i.e. asphalt, masonry block, sandstone or dressing stick); this will expose the diamonds underneath. If the blade glazes over again during use, the bond of the blade is too hard for the material being cut. Simply dress the blade again by passing the blade through the abrasive material to expose more diamonds.
Conduction or insulation depends on material, not shape or purpose. A metal blade is a conductor.
Nowadays, its better to use a diamond blade for better efficiency and long life of the blade. For the material like steel (which is hard), its better to use a general purpose diamond blade for this kind of material. Easy and less chipping on both end of the tool.
Cortosis
It is made of metal really.
It is called a Kerf
It's the quality of the blade material.

The drop saw cuts by the blade resting on the material it's cutting. When the cut is finished the blade drops to a rest spring .
The blades are made of a hard material that can cut hard metals. The blade can also handle very high temperatures. These blades are interchangeable.
Ther is always a danger the rotating blade will kick the material back. Kickback.
