yes and no. lice medicine is designed to kill paracites but mange is a side effect off paracites so it might kill the mange causing paracite but the symptoms of mange will still be there ie loss of fur rashness bleeding all that good stuff

∙ 13y agoIt depends what kind of mange it is. If it is sarcoptic mange or chorioptic mange, there are several medications that can cure it. If it is demodectic mange then there is really only one kind of medicine for it, and it is a long process of washing the animal with the medication every few days for several weeks. The best thing to do is go to your vet for a skin scrape, they can tell you what kind of mange it is and give the right medication.
