Firstly, I would give your goats medicine for worms. Secondly, goats are rubbish eaters, by this I mean they love weeds, prickles, scrub-foliage etc. (They don't just eat grass). So try to let your goats get as much natural roughage as possible. If things are not improving, please, call a vet!
