A menu with various options is displayed. The options available are dependant upon what you are clicking on. It is called the Options Menu.
A menu for whatever program you happen to be using, detailing certain options. For example, when you Right Click on the Windows Desktop, you have the option of Arranging Documents, Creating New File/Folder, Refreshing the Desktop, etc. When you Right Click in Firefox, you see a menu with Back, Forward, Refresh, Stop, Bookmarking, Page Source, etc.
