copper because it isn't a very reactive metal ...... however gold is very least reactive but is is very expensive to buy so go with copper !

fruit juice cans are either steel or aluminum, like any other can, but are coated on the inside surface with a thin layer of plastic to keep the metal from reacting to the juice.

copper would be very bad as its reaction products are toxic!
