Malleable
A conductor is a material that allows current to easily flow.
A material that passes current easily is called a conductor. The best conductors are metals.
Because metals are the good conductors of current. the conduction band and the valance band are overlap on each other,so when the current passes from the metal because of overlapping on both the bands current passes easily.
Maybe because if we build a train with non-metal it will not able to carry heavy loads which a train build with metal can easily do
Copper has a relatively low resistance, is malleable and easily formed, and it is relatively inexpensive compared to other metals, such as silver, that are also good conductors.
Many metals are described as ductile which means they can be shaped and bent without breaking.
A hard wearing metal is one that can take a punch. Used in jewelry for men, these metals are not easily smashed or bent.
a stiff item that is not easily bent is iron because it takes a long time and while you try to bend it it hurts your hands that is why it is not so easily bent.
it can be easily be bent.
flexible, easily bent
FLEXIBLE Easily Bent: Flexible, Supple, Bendable For Science Vocab: Ductile
A metal that can be bent without breaking and will stay bent is said to be malleable. This is one of the main properties of metals.
The shape of all metals (when in solid state) can be easily changed.
A mineral that can be bent without breaking and will stay bent is said to be malleable. This is one of the main properties of metals.
It's the level of which you can alter the shape of a material. The more you can distort (bend, pound, etc.) a material, the more malleable it is.Gold is the most malleable element. Some metals become more malleable with heat, such as iron and bronze. This is also true of certain plastics, clays (like Plasticene) and other materials, but metals are the most malleable materials.
A malleable substance is able to be bent and shaped easily and a ductile substance is avle to be pulled into thin strands easily e.g copper.
On heating, metal softens and can be bent easily without breaking.
