well as you know dragonflies go through a incomplete metamorphosis because it goes through a egg, nymph, nymph, nymph ,adult. when you have more than one nymph it does not count as another one. that is what my teacher told me Mrs.Dartez.
Starting with insects: Grasshoppers (hemimetabolism) Dragonfly (hemimetabolism) Butterflies (holometabolism) Amphibians: Frogs/Toads Aquatic: Fish(Such as salmon) Most metamorphis is not really visible or noticed by people. These include the hemimetabolism metamorphis of insects. During this process the Grasshopper or Dragonfly larva will break out of its old "skin". They usually just increase in size, but during Grasshopper metamorphis the Grasshopper may get wings. Fish usually undergo metamorphis when they have to change from freshwater to salt.
Incomplete
well first the adult lays the eggs in the water and some eggs will get eaten, the eggs take about 2-5 weeks to hatch and after that it moves to the surface and starts living on land, then it forms a cocoon and changes to and adult there you have it the life of a dragonfly
No, adult spiders are exactly the same physical shape as they hatched. Although, they are considerably bigger !
Nymph is the term for the immature form of an insect that undergoes incomplete metamorphosis. Metamorphosis helps insects to survive.
