I had great weight lossresults the Master Cleanse diet. For 10 days you take nothing in your mouth except lemon juice, water, real maple syrup, cayenne, salt water and tea. If you just want weight loss and don't need the toxins purged from your body you can skip the salt water and tea. You feel hungry the first day, less the second and by the third day you don't feel hungry at all. You energy increases. I have heard other people say the Perricone diet is best, but I haven't tried that. I was happy with he 1 pound a day on Master Cleanse.
