The delayed start of your 300E heater fan could be caused by a few different things. These include:
If the fan runs briefly and then stops it could be caused by an issue with the blower motor fan switch relay or wiring connection. You can check these parts by visually inspecting them and making sure they are all securely connected. If they all appear to be in good condition then you should try to clean or replace the air filter. If the issue persists you should consult a professional to help you diagnose and repair the problem.

No it wont. The heater core is just a small radiator inside the cabin that when the fan is turned on heats the air. A bad heater core will cause you to have no heat inside or will leak coolant on the carpet.
A space heater by itself will not cause a fire. However, not following the space heater safety guidelines may start a fire. Actions that may increase the risk of fire include, but are not limited to: Leaving blankets or clothes on the heater, leaving anything flammable near the heater, and leaving the heater on in an unattended environment.
It might. Depending on the amount of blockage in the core. Don't apply too much pressure, you may cause a leak.
Menstruation is delayed as a result of delayed ovulation, things such as stress or ill health can delay ovulation as the body prevents pregnancy when it can't cope. If you're a teen irregular cycles are normal too so this can cause periods to start later than expected.

Those are two seperate circuits. Start with checking the fuses. There is a fuse for the radio and a fuse for the heater blower motor.
Delayed start generally means week pump or fuel pressure lost in the line, If working properly there is no delay in the start, pressure should remain for an instant start. If replaced with a new pump and now delayed start, take it back to the technician to check the problem.
