Except for the underage possession of alcohol charge, your age is of no relevance - you are legally an adult. There are no set punishments or sentences for criminal offenses. The court must consider the relevant state law, the facts and circumstances of the offense, and any other mitigating or aggravating factors surrounding the offense.
In most (all?) cases, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol are both misdemeanors. Typically, these crimes are not punished harshly, but generally bring about a fine, community service, and/or probation. However, even as misdemeanors, they can each be punished by up to 12 months in confinement.
The statute of limitations for possession of marijuana in Arizona is seven years. If the charge is in connection with another crime, it could be longer.
Intent to distribute, corruption of a minor if it was another child, possession.
You could have drank it somewhere , like another state, gone into another state and been charged with and MIP in the second state for having the alcohol in your system.
An infraction
State law enforcement agencies will not press charges for marijuana use or possession within a predetermined set of criteria. However, marijuana still remains illegal under federal law, and the feds could crack down on the state of Colorado at any time they pleased. Also, the state's refusal to prosecuted is negated if the possession or use of marijuana results in another crime being committed. For example, 18 USC 922(g)(3) is a federal law making it a felony to own or be in possession of a firearm if one is a user of an illegal controlled substance (which marijuana still is, as per federal law), so if you get pulled over with marijuana and a firearm in your car, you're going to jail.
I really think it would infringe on his right to privacy if you were to publish his personal correspondence without his knowledge and permission.
If a person is growing the marijuana for another person, forms need to be filled out and filed with the local municipality. If the person who holds the medical marijuana card decides that he or she no longer wants that particular person to grow for them, then the grower is no longer allowed to be in possession of the plants (I imagine that more paperwork needs to be filed with the municipality). I imagine that technical "ownership" belongs to the grower, but said ownership is certainly conditional.

Marijuana
Personally, I've noticed that after using marijuana, some people may get the "Munchies" and when you act on that craving, and eat, afterwards the effect from marijuana is slightly neutralized, also another tip is to take a shower. So if you are high, and eat a sandwich, and then take a shower, it will neutralize the effects, but not eliminate them. PS- Showers DO NOT neutralize Alcohol, that is a rumor.
You will get a warrant issued for your infraction in the state where you committed the offense.
ProhibitionThe 18th amendment made manufacture, importation, or possession of alcohol illegal. It is also known as the "Noble Experiment".it was also called the temperance movement or temperance act.
