Seriously, probably pretty much the same thing would have happened as did happen. The colonists griped a lot about the Stamp Act and the Sugar Act, but at heart they weren't really the direct cause of the American Revolution, as may be seen from the fact that both of them had been for all intents and purposes repealed by 1766.
