I have the same question, silly goose.
For the first thirty-nine years of Shakespeare's life, all of the attractions he might find in England were "Elizabethan". Working as he did in the red light district of Southwark, I daresay he found some attractions during the Elizabethan Era.
First of all, in Elizabethan England, as the term might imply, there was no king; Elizabeth was queen. To answer your question though, both. The queen might actually attend a theater or she might sponsor a performance at her residence. Some noble might also sponsor a performance at his residence and invite the queen to attend. We do not have any records of what Elizabethan witches (assuming there really was such a thing) might have thought about anything.
It was greatly improved from where it was when the church had outlawed it for being a 'cult'. Queen Elizabeth's father had brought it back by stopping the Pope's power in England. So the role was entertainment, and expression of freedom, and occupation, and bringing back the past.
People in the Elizabethan Age, unless they were very rich, had very few clothes. There were laws about what you could or could not wear. Most people would not have a change of clothes to go to the theatre; they would wear what they always wore.
Queen Elizabeth might be a good one to start with lol :)
Someone might be interested in cheap London theater breaks because, firstly, they are interested in theater and acting in general, which theater breaks fall under. Perhaps they cannot afford the more expensive theater breaks, so they would look and search for London theater breaks that are cheap and easily affordable.
Lets meet at the movie theater whenever you want.
That would depend on the size of the theater.
Curious question. Shakespeare lived in Elizabethan times, he had no choice. He certainly enjoyed writing and the whole theatrical business. He might have written differently if he had lived in different times.

You can contact the chamber theater to find these scripts. They will be different in each location so you might have to look them up.
