It is impossible to answer your question to any degree of certainty. Is your ADD/ADHD being managed with medications? Your best bet would be in any of the Special Operations of the US Military, they all are required to train in close combat and tactical scenarios. There is a section of their training that is specifically for small unit tactics. I this training, you are taught how, and required to demonstrate leadership abilities in tactical environments

DEVGRU(Naval Special Warfare Development Group) formerly known as SEAL Team 6 has a 9 month Special Operations Assaulter course. Im positive that Delta Force's selection time would be very similar to this,it used to be 6 months. But since the 2000's Special Operations units have been upping the anty on there selection courses. DEVGRU and Delta Force are very comparable so im sure Delta's selection is probably about the same.

This would seem a rather redundant question, as the answer is quite obvious. Most military occupations - especially front line and special operations operations - are going to require that ALL of your senses function the way they're supposed to. If you're in a firefight, and you can't hear commands to shift your fire or to tend to wounded, do you really think you're going to be of much value to that unit?
