None, all mint is defined by a P or a D (Pennsylvania or Delaware)
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is the only US mint to not put a letter mintmark on the coins made there. [ The mint at West Point has , at times, struck coins for the Philadelphia mint with no mintmark]
the answer is mit put in the N and you get mint
"MS" stands for Mint State and 69 is a grade number on a scale of 1 to 70. Mint state coins are coins in the same condition that they were in just after leaving the mint, with no evidence of wear or handling. Mint state coins can still have normal damage from being put in hoppers and bagged, so the degree of damage is evaluated by the number associated with the letter grade. An MS-60 would be the lowest grade of mint state coin, with no wear or handling but numerous "dings", etc. from the minting process. An MS-69 coin would have essentially no evidence of such damage, and be in pristine condition. Assigning a grade that high is a job reserved for trained experts who could recognize and evaluate even the slightest flaws.

The reference line on a business letter is placed one space below the inside address and one space above the salutation; at the left margin on a block style or modified block style format, and center tab on a standard format letter.
Yes, commas should always be used where appropriate. The only distinction of a block format letter is that there are no indents at the beginning of a paragraph. All content of the letter is standard.
It will no longer be mint. Bleach removes color.
When you format your DSi it deletes every bit of saved data (profile name, birthday etc) so yes, it's like returning it to its original state.
I will forward you copies of hardship letter samples. I do this for a living and I have helped clients put their hardship into a letter format as long as they know and can tell me what their harship is. Glena
The US Mint did not issue any coins from the San Francisco mint for circulation purposes. That said, it is possible that someone spent a proof Minnesota quarter (which would have an "S" mintmark but intended for collectors rather than commerce), and thus put it into circulation.
