nope because according to me the price which is available now is less because PS Vita can run android apps and an android mobile is 18,000 RS @ the lowest
Some can be directly transferred via a PS3 onto the Vita, even if the game is not yet available in the Vita's PSN store. The game is then not being remotely played, it's entirely on the Vita.

Not with Sprint 3G it can not. For a USA 3G connection it has to be AT&T. For WiFi it can connect with a WiFi signal. Depends. If you mean Sprint's regular broadband service, then a PS Vita can connect and go online via a wireless router. However if you mean 3G connectivity, Sony has announced that AT&T will be the only mobile carrier that supports the Vita in the US.
