yes 6 bolt windsor, and cleveland have the same bolt pattern. later model 5.0ltr bellhousing bolt pattern is different to both these, also dart performance blocks , windsor style use late model bolt pattern

ALL wranglers between 1989 and 1996 use the 5 bolt, 4-1/2" bolt pattern. This is the same as most of the older Fords. I am not sure when they changed to this from the earlier models, but the CJ's were 5 on 5" bolt pattern. The new Jeeps are also this bolt pattern. 2007-
That's because, while most Jeeps have five lugs, different models have different spacing between the lugs. For example, all JK Wrangler vehicles (2007-18) have a 5x5 bolt pattern - meaning five lugs with a five-inch spacing. Earlier TJ Wrangler models (1997-06) and YJ editions (1987-95) employ a 5x4.5 pattern.

It's either a 5 on 5 bolt hole pattern or 5 on 5.5 bolt hole pattern. Call one of the local dealers, they can give you the correct bolt hole pattern, they are the same for many Jeeps year to year.
