There is no 'part' of a molecule as such. But the molecule which is used to store and transport energy in the short term within cells and organisms is Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). ATP is broken down into one molecule of inorganic phosphate and a molecule of adenosine diphosphate (ADP), the energy released from this bond is captured and used to drive most cellular processes. On a larger scale, some form of carbohydrate or triglyceride is used to generate the ATP in the first place (i.e. glucose, glycogen, etc.) depending upon you particular species and needs at the time.
energy is required for what life processes
3) chemical bonds is the answer
Glucose is the basic molecule that provides energy.
ATP stores energy in its phosphate bond. This energy is released when the bond break and ATP is converted into ADP. This energy is used to perform vital functions in an organism.ATP stores energy in its phosphate bond. This energy is released when the bond break and ATP is converted into ADP. Cells get energy by taking in nutrients from food.
The ATP molecule is the one that releases energy by the breakdown of glucose molecules. This provides energy to most of the cell functions.

mitochondria is present in both plant and animal cell.It is also called as the power house of the cell,it provides energy to the call so that they perform many functions of the cells. It forms ATP that provides energy.

the main function is to produce ATP which is the molecule that provides energy to cellular functions via aerobic respiration, .In addition :stores ATP temporarily.
It perform energy generating function. They are the power houses.
adenosine triphosphate provides energy needed for cellular functions energy is released when one of the three phosphate groups break off, releasing energy and resulting in a low-energy adenosine diphosphate. This molecule is reconstructed into ATP at the near end of the Krebs cycle, when the controlled flow of hydrogen ions powers the re-attachment of phosphate groups onto adenosine diphosphate
I say it is ATP.
