The higher the level of the monster you are fighting, the better the drops will be. Boss monsters such as King Black Dragon, Kalphite queen and God Wars Dungeon bosses will all drop valuable items, but require high levels to slay. Some lower levelled monsters have god drops as well. Flesh crawlers, moss giants, cockroach soldiers and hobgoblins can all drop expensive items albeit infrequently

The King black Dragon ( Level 276 ), lava maze.
The Kalphite queen ( Level 333 ), Al-Kharid Desert tunnel.
Mithril-Dragon ( Level 304 ), Barbarian Dungeon.
The Corporeal Beast ( Level 785 - current powerfullest monster even over jad ).

∙ 12y agoIt depends on your combat level and stats, since you could fight moss giants which within 15 or 30 kills you could get ranarr and snapdragon seeds, ranarr seeds are 30k or so and snapdragon seeds are 50k or so. Hill giants in member world 27 and f2p world 80s are not so crowded, and they give very good drops also, but i stand by my point, it all depends on your level and stats.
