That is not a phase of the Moon. It is a Lunar eclipse.
Moon phases result from orbiting the Earth, and the Earth/Moon combination orbiting the Sun together.
If you don't mean directly between the Sun and the Moon, but just that they're on approximately opposite sides of the Earth, then it would be full moon. Lunar eclipses always happen at full moon.
