Evo 6.7.8 and 9 have a 4G63T, and the vo 10 has the new 4B11t, all are prety much the same, but usually the newer model evos and acpeciallt the MR editions have higher boost and different ecu's, hope this helps!!

Paugho does make frames for using evo motors. Not all of their frames are made for evo motors.

Depends on the year. The same years share the same EVO engine.
Not without frame modifications. The motor mounts are in the right location but the Evo is slightly taller and will interfere with the frame's backbone. Also the transmission will interfere with the seat post, which is partially flattened on an Evo Softail frame.
