The oil levl is easy to check by unscrewing the oil cap with a dip stick on the right side of the scooter, drying off the dipstick, reinserting the dipstick without screwing in the cap and pulling it out to see that the oil level is between the marks on the dip stick. If it is low, you need to add oil. If it is high, you should drain some oil. The scooter needs be level and the engine cool when you take your reading.
The engine number on all Vino scooters is on the rider's left of the machine near where the rear shock absorber is bolted to the engine. The number is stamped on the flat upper surface of the crankcase between the oil plug and shock absorber bolt. You don't need to remove body panels.
You need to define what your use of the oil will be. If you mean adding oil to the fuel, you do not need to do this on an 4 stroke motor. Or maybe you mean engine oil, or maybe transmission oil?
