In Pokémon Y, the moves that Kadabra is capable of learning via level up would include ones such as Kinesis, Teleport, Confusion, Miracle Eye, Disable, Reflect, Ally Switch, Psybeam, Telekinesis, Role Play, Psycho Cut, Recover, Trick, Psychic and Future Sight.
In Pokémon X and Y, Kadabra evolves into Alakazam when it is traded with another player. This trade evolution requires no special items or conditions—simply exchanging Kadabra with a partner will trigger its transformation into Alakazam.
I don't think any TM moves were removed from Unova for Kalos in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, they areN just in different places.

In Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, Nincada can learn Dig at level 45. It can learn Dig at a earlier level by using TM 28.
