Baron Munchhausen
If the ball touches the ground, the runner is down. This is why 'the ground cannot cause a fumble.'
The Changeling
If a pitched ball hits the batter, it is dead, and all runners must return to their bases.
WE ALL FALL DOWN by SWEET TALK RADIO
you must move any part of the ball over the chain
This rule states that if a defensive player does not have the ball, she cannot stop the runner from reaching the next base. She could stop the player by standing in her way, or putting her leg down to block a slide before she has the ball to tag her out. A catcher can also block the plate by not allowing the runner a clear path to the plate when they do not have the ball. If a player does have the ball, they are allowed to block the bases though.
Press the red button. You will need to move the chain to the left so that it is directly on top of the ball. Attach the ball by moving the chain down by sliding it down with your finger. Use the red button again to move the attached ball to the center of your screen to the middle of the door. Pull the ball towards you and then swing it and let it hit the door until it breaks down and reveals the green arrow.

ball and chain, tie the knot, hitched, tied down
Yes, when a hitter fouls a pitched ball, any runner on base is to return to their base without risk of being thrown or tagged out. Often, the runner will put their head down or look in the stands as they return to their base because there is no need to be wary of getting out.
1.Cut the first chain you see to your left. 2.Then cut the second one to the left. The first chain to the to the left will allow the bottom chain to swing. 3.At the bottom of the screen you will see a yellowish holder thing, make sure the ball attached to the bottom chain lands in it. At the bottom of the yellowish thing you will see a chain to launch the ball, click it. 4. When the ball is launched it will take while for it to come back down, so pay attention to it! 5.When you see the ball coming down use the arrow to make it hit the green and red ball. Hopefully you will figure out what I'm saying. Enjoy!!! <3
I assume the question means the fielder is on the ground (floor?)..in either case, the fielder legally tagged the base while holding the ball firmly and the batter is out. See definition of "tag" in baseball rules. It is the same as the firstbaseman touching (tagging) first with his foot while the ball is in his glove. This would not be true if the runner is not forced, in which case the fielder must tag the runner with the ball held firmly in his hand or glove.
