I love the fictional stories of witches, and enjoy the movies made from them.
I'd start with "Practical Magic" a fun movie from an interesting book. "Hocus Pocus" with Bette Midler is a great Halloween favourite in many pagan households. "Stardust" is a good example of families of witches with power, some good and some bad. Who can forget the animated, "Brave"? And there is always the Harry Potter series, right full of witch families. Of course, if you prefer the dark side, there is Rosemary's Baby, and the Wicker Man.
