Little Red Riding Hood's grandmother was eaten by a wolf in the fairy tale.
"Little Red Riding Hood" is a classic fairy tale about a girl who goes to visit her grandmother and encounters a wolf on the way. The wolf tricks her into revealing where her grandmother lives, then eats the grandmother and poses as her in an attempt to eat Little Red Riding Hood. However, the story typically ends with a woodsman or huntsman saving the day by rescuing the girl and her grandmother from the wolf.
Well really, you cannot become a wolf girl as such as a werewolf, vampire, etc. Those are just myths. Becoming a wolf girl is impossible, maybe you have watched to much anime? Or to much movies, there's really no such thing of becoming a wolf girl, because if so then we would have known by now from the scientist or someone in the world. So my answer for you is, "no you cannot become a wolf girl, it's just not possible."

As for the wolf, he learned, once for all, that it is not well to get yourself cut to little pieces, no matter how hungry you are."

Little Red Riding Hood (also known as Little Red Cap or Red Riding Hood) is a little girl in one of the Grimm's brothers fairy tales. In short, Little Red Riding Hood is supposed to take some food to her grandmother by crossing the forest. Her mother told her to stay on the path and not to talk to anyone. On the way there she's followed by the Big Bad Wolf and she tells him where she's headed so the wolf tells her to pick some flowers for her grandmother; while she does, the Wolf goes to the grandmothers' house and eats her whole, then disguises himself as her and waits for the girl (in other versions he tells Little Red that he knows a shortcut, but it's actually the longer road that he tells the girl about so he has time to get to the house before her). Once Little Red gets to her grandmother's, the Wolf eats her whole as well. The girl and her grandmother are then saved by a hunter (in other versions, a lumberjack), who kills the Wolf and rescues them unharmed.
