From my personal experiences, 55-60 because im usually always on the freeway/highway when im on it, since my house and workplace is near the freeway/highway entrance, that's the highway mpg, the regular commute mpg is about 40-45, given that you're not in rush hour traffic and and are able to drive normally within the maximum speed zone and aren't continuously pulling your throttle to go faster then quickly slowing down and revving up again, and with the usual stops at the traffic control lights.
As you should know, continuous accelerating and decelerating in short instances from each other will drop your gas mileage, so if you don't have to ride that fast, don't, and also note, the slower you go, usually will yield better mpg, as going faster uses more gas naturally, the reason for low mpg is because there is a lot of decelerating, the MPG that auto manufacturers state are from constant speed tests without any stopping or slow downs, so real life results are going to differ, keep this in mind.
Lastly, if mpg is important, always check your air pressure in your tires, keep it at the recommended during hot or summer seasons, but for your safety, keep it about 2-5 psi below recommended during rainy seasons, so your tires will grip better, but naturally, your mpg will drop slightly. If where you live has a lot of dry days out of the year then wet days, then fill your tires with 100% nitrogen, as it will slow down the deflation of the tires down to a crawl, and also since nitrogen molecules are bigger than oxygen ones, if you get a tiny hole in your tire where air would leak out of, nitrogen won't as easily. Everyone says this is a myth(especially auto manufactures), but science proves it.
Sorry for making this so in depth, I'm a rambler.
