a ligement
The Flexor Hallucis Longus muscle. It's role is to flex all the joints in the big toe and helps to produce plantar flexion in the foot. It's proximal attachment is the lower two-thirds of the posterior surface of the fibula.
Tibia and fibula
The biceps femoris runs down the outside of the leg and inserts on the head of the fibula, the semitendinosus runs down the inside of the leg and inserts on the front of the tibia and the semimembranosus runs down the inside of the leg underneath the semitendinosus and inserts on the front of the tibia as well.

Epicranius Muscle
Fibularis Longus is a muscle on the lateral side of the leg. It originates from the upper 3rd of the fibula and inserts onto the base of the first metatarsal in the foot. Its main functions are powerful eversion of the foot and plantarflexion. Additionally Fibularis Longus is innervated by the tibial nerve.
Origin is typically the proximal attachment of a muscle because it is the least moveable. The distal attachment is where a muscle inserts.
