Pectorals
To build muscles on your upper body, you have to keep lifting weight and press up for at least four times in a week
The muscles used to stand up from a sitting position include the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calf muscles.
Muscles are used for picking things up, breathing, seeing, and/or doing a physical activity, such as walking.
The atissimus obrsi abdominals is the prime mover in a sit up.

In a press-up, the fixator muscles are those that stabilize the body during the movement. Primarily, the core muscles, including the rectus abdominis and obliques, act as fixators to maintain proper alignment and stability of the torso. Additionally, the muscles of the shoulders, such as the rotator cuff, help stabilize the shoulder joint throughout the exercise. This stabilization allows for effective movement of the arms while minimizing the risk of injury.
To properly perform a supinated shoulder press, start by holding dumbbells with palms facing up. Press the weights overhead while keeping your elbows slightly bent. Lower the weights back down to shoulder level and repeat. This targets the shoulder muscles effectively.
Bodyweight? I can think of only the press up. There will be many variations, but the only chest exercise using your own bodyweight is the press/push up. A press up uses exactly the same muscles you would use benching, and so is the perfect exercise to use if you can't bench for a while or want to work your chest at home etc.
