- The plank: targets arms legs and back and tummy.

- sit ups: They merely tone the abdominals.

- Running: Really helps lose the weight, by running you burn calories, the calories are used as energy to keep you going.

- Diets: I don't recommend diets, I recommend eating right, and doing the 1,500 calorie diet. ALWAYS eat 500 calories UNDER or more of you intake. It helps burn fat faster. (: ( I also don't recommend diet pills.)
