A good horse stable must have, well made and put together stalls usually 28+23 depending on the horse, good bedding i recommend flax or wood chips, an indoor arena usually heated with a big door for changing dirt, cleaning supplies different ones for each horse, first aid minni and large kits, a clean water system, all equipment needed such as saddles and bridles, airy and lots of space so the horses feel comfortable and not squished together, vets number and others such as police and fire department (911), even flooring to make the horse even and so they do not get dizzy, halters and lead ropes, blankets fir for dirt, snow, rain, high winds, and rolling, stable buddies would help relax and amuse the horses ( cats and dogs ), a feed room full with the requirements needed for each horse, nice treats such as apples and carrots if wanted, a outdoor arena used for lessons, pleasure, training, and even jumping, and maybe even a nice song playing for you and the horses during cleaning stalls or training!!!

Also, don't forget your "cross tie" area for grooming, bathing, and shoeing! This should ideally be concrete with a stall mat for the horse to stand to make it softer on their joints. Automatic sprayers with fly spray at each entrance are also handy!
