Title 18, USC 2381 states, "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
Therefore; for a conviction of treason, it must be proven that an individual:

In addition to these elements, Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution states,"No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court"
Title of Nobility Clause Article I section 9 clause 8 states "No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state." While Obama sits as the chairman to the UN Security Council that just authorized war against Libya.
Also if a president sends troops to a country and they're shooting people then they're committing acts of war? Yes? So if a president didn't get approval from Congress then he's disobeying the law aka the Constitution. So he committed treason as did Bush as did Clinton etc.
No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two credible witnesses.
To convince someone you must sway them.

There must be testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act in order to convict a person of treason. See Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the US Constitution.
For a person to be convicted of treason in the U.S, they must confess to the crime in open court or there must be testimony of two witnesses to the same treasonous act. Espionage is similar, but much easier to convict.

You let her go. Or you convince her otherwise. If you truly love her, though, you'll let her go; to love someone is to prefer their happiness to your own. If it is meant to be, it will happen.
I believe it is because it is necessary for the Judges to know what the crime would be.
You shouldn't ask but if you must. You must convince them that it has some features in it that just aren't that horrible if you can convince them it just isn't that bad
