dramtick changes in the data and if the hipothisos is corect
To make sure they have accuate readings.
Scientists look at their data and decide if the data supports the hypothesis. If the data is exactly the same after many experiments, the hypothesis is supported. If the data does not support the hypothesis, scientist may change the hypothesis or change the experiment .
you should create a data chart because you can look back and see what went on at each step of the experiment, and i have all my data there to make any calculations i need to do after.
They look at each part of the experiment, (ex. the dependent variable, the independent variable, etc.) and write a complete theory of what they think the results will be.
The same set of data that scientists see can be interpreted differently based on how they look at it. If the experiment is not done correctly than it may make the data hard to understand so it can be interpreted differently. Plus there is their own opinion's that come into to play and could possibly bias the conclusion of the results.

Mostly bar graphs unless the experiment is continuous

Nothing. Scientists believe that light can act as both a particle and a wave. Look up the famous double-slit experiment.
To make sure they have accuate readings.
When reviewing experimental data, scientists look for results that either support or disprove their theories. Additionally, they may seek patterns of results that either match previous results or that suggest another reason for the results.
