sensory cells in the skin detect the presence of moisture
Maybe the question is not specific enough...Many kinds of nerve cells are found all over the body. The spine, the skin, the brain etc.
Presumably it would be your skin, specifically the nerve cells which dot your skin and detect touch. In terms of how much space it takes in our brain to process the sense, sight comes in an easy lead.
The nerve endings in the skin carry that message to the brain straight from the wounded area.

A skin cell is different than a nerve cell because they do different jobs. A skin cell protects the body, regulates body temperature, and helps protect from germs trying to get into the body. The nerve cell sends out a message when your brain want to move a part of the body.Hope this helps.
Skin is the largest organ of the body and also has the most nerve endings.
nerve endings in our skin is touched causing vibrations that send electricity in your brain that tell you what it is.
Nerve tissues don't keep your skin soft becaus they are inside the body. Nerve tissues are meant to Cary signals from the brain and other parts of the body to do certain activities.
Brain and the spinal cord.
The nerves job it to tell the brain when something is not write, e.g if something is piercing the skin the nerves tell the brain and the brain make your reaction for it.
because we have a nerve system under our skin that tells our brain to pull back etc.
