I think this questioning what kingdom hearts two is... Kingdom hearts Two is the numbered sequel to kingdom hearts one, taking place after the events of kingdom hearts: chain of memories and kingdom hearts: 358/2 days. Kingdom hearts two returns to the protagonist, sora's storyline, pitting him yet again against the heartless, denizens of the darkness encapsuling other peoples hearts. But this time on his journey, he also finds a new enemy: a mysterious cloaked organization dubbed Organization xiii. These mysterious people and the new creatures they command further disrupt the balance of the worlds. As Sora head a between worlds with his faithful companions Donald and Goofy, he will reunite with old friends and meet with new and he discovers more about the Keyblade, his missing friends and the mysterious boy who dreams about him, all on his quest to protect the worlds and Kingdom Hearts
From what I've heard the Pixar worlds are a definite in Kingdom Hearts III. Originally, the Kingdom Hearts creators wanted "Finding Nemo" and "Toy Story" because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar which is a separate company. But because of the development and success of Kingdom Hearts, Disney finally bought Pixar. Resulting in new Pixar worlds! It's a given because due to their critial and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have the characters and themes featured in the next game.
Square Enix has recently announced 'Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance' for the new Nintendo 3DS. Not much is known about Kingdom Hearts 3D, except that it will center around Riku and Sora, and will utilize the system's 3D features. 3D: Dream Drop Distance will feature all new Disney worlds, as well as some previous original worlds. Sora and Riku are dressed in their original Kingdom Hearts attire, but the game is set after Kingdom Hearts: Coded/Re:coded, and will tie in to Kingdom Hearts III, which is officially under development. This is some great news to eager fans, such as myself. I'll keep you posted with all of the latest information.Check the link below for more information regarding 'Kingdom Hearts 3D'.
Kingdom Hearts 2 is the sequel of Kingdom Hearts, in Kingdom Hearts 1, it was just about Heartless and killing Ansem for the final fight to end the Heartless' attacks for hearts. In Kingdom Hearts 2, it has Heartlesses and Nobodies, the empty shells of the bodies that the Heartless have the taken the heart from. The final fight in Kingdom Hearts 2 is Xemnas, ironically, the Nobody of Ansem, which is a Heartless. In Kingdom Hearts 2, Sora gets taller, so he gets new clothes, new Keyblades, new abilities and all sorts. But the overall way of playing and story is the same. Go to worlds of all sorts from Disney to kill Heartless and Nobodies to eventually meet Organisation XIII, the leader of the Nobodies and fight Xemnas, the leader.

There is no continuation yet, but there is Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. But there should be another as kingdom hearts is known to be a trilogy. only including official (meaning not CoM, or BBS, or anything with an actual new name to it.) games called simply, Kingdom hearts, kingdom hearts II, and will be, kingdom hearts III.
Eventually.
There is a new Kingdom Hearts game coming out on the 14th called Birth By Sleep
well all the games are kingdom hearts, kingdom hearts chain of memories, kingdom hearts re:chain of memories, kingdom hearts 2,kingdom hearts 2 final mix ,kingdom hearts coded ,kingdom hearts 358/2 days, and soon coming kingdom hearts birth by sleep...so there is 8 total games. PS.kh bbs comes out September 7th 2010!
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep goes back before number one. It puts ALOT of the story together, but you have to play all the other Kingdom hearts (Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts: chain of memories, Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days) to understand all of it. This game is EXTREMELY fun and I would definitely recommend it.
Kingdom Hearts 3D (Dream Drop Distance) will be released this year for Nintendo 3DS.
There is no official title known as Kingdom Hearts 3. New Kingdom Hearts titles are set to come out in the future, as confirmed by Tetsuya Nomura, but nothing is certain of a "Kingdom Hearts 3". There is no current way of knowing what system Kingdom Hearts 3 will be for.
