This historic event has been captivating audiences since 1890 with its incredible displays of floats from various organizations all throughout Los Angeles. Every year, it starts off with Marching Bands from local schools. After that, come all sorts of floats decorated with flowers and other decorations according to different themes picked out by each organization.
The parade will occur on New Year’s Day at Central Park in Pasadena. It usually starts at 8am and lasts until about 12 pm in the afternoon depending on how long it takes all entrants to finish their route through town. Alongside marching bands and floats, there will be specialty acts like clowns playing instruments or juggling for entertainment purposes.

The Rose Parade 2024 will be held on Monday, January 1, 2024. The parade will start at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and conclude at 10:00 AM PST. It will take place along 5.5 miles of Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, California.
