Bikram yoga should ideally be practiced wearing as little as possible (think "less is best"). Remember the temperature will be up to 40 degrees Celsius, so you will be perspiring a lot and the body needs to breathe.

Guys generally wear bike shorts, sports shorts, trunks or speedos; usually without a shirt as it tends to restrict movement and become water logged with sweat. Tight or form fitting clothing is generally better.
