Hitler did not send troops to the future.
It costs the same or slightly more than your average package. The USPS cannot price gouge because of the soldiers are deployed. The 'flat rate' boxes work well as they still cost the same price to ship.
Any country with an army or militia will send there troops into a conflict or war.
No.

There are many possible ideas for items to include in a care package to send to a college student. Items can include family photos, favorite foods, gift cards and toys.
My husband is currently deployed to Iraq and it takes anywhere from 5-7 days for him to get a package. I usually send letters priority or in a priority box to him because if I dont it can take anywhere from 10-14 days to just get a letter. I have been lucky sometimes with shipping and some packages have gotten there in 3 days worth of time...but I think that was just luck with the connecting flight to bring the packages over and space available. They will only take what they have room for. If they have ammo or supplies to send over to the troops they most definitely will send that stuff first before any mail which can delay delivery of your package(s).
