The telephone country code for Serbia (including the capital, Belgrade) is +381, and you must then drop the trunk prefix 0 from the beginning of the Serbian number. Serbian mobile numbers begin with +381 6.Thus, to call from India to a Serbian mobile, you would dial 00 381 6 and then the rest of the number.Note, however, that if you are trying to dial a mobile phone from India that is currently physically located in Belgrade, you dial the regular mobile number the same way that you do when the mobile is at home in India.(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)

Belgrade and Novi Sad. Belgrade is the capital of Serbia and it's beautiful. It is a big city with alot of stuff to see and do. It is just stunning. I've been there, and trust me, you never get bored there. Especially for those who like to go out. Right now Belgrade is the number 1 party city in Europe. Novi Sad is also gorgeous. Not as popular as Belgrade but it's pretty fun too. Every August they have a huge rave called EXIT and it's pretty popular. There are also some historical sceneries that you can see in these cities.
