Yes there is a fuse. Determining which fuse protects the antenna motor may require some detective work. It may be the radio fuse, or it may be a separate fuse, perhaps shared with the rear-window defroster grid.

There is a plug on the front of the fuse panel that you can disconnect. It should be labeled and I believe it's an orange wire.

The fuse box is under the dash near the drivers door (under the steering wheel). Remove the cover and it is clearly labeled showing every fuse by name, color, and amps.
open passenger door, look on the side of dash. Fuse box cover is located there, Twist counter clockwise screw fastener by hand and pull off fuse box cover. Fuse box is located there.
