Fat is the highest-calorie nutrient. It contains 9 calories per gram, compared to carbs and protein, which only contain 4 per gram.
Butter or sugar.
Fats - 9kcal per 1 gram.
Fats...9 cal per serving burs carbs is 4 cal per aerving
Twice as many as oxygen
Well, 1g of carbs or proteins provides 4 calories of energy. The only other source of energy are alcohol and fat. Alcohol provides 7 calories of energy per gram and fat provides 9 calories of energy per gram. So if you want over twice the amount, then the only option is fat.
look at the nutrient info thing :)
malnourishment is most commonly caused by poor nutrient intake, not calories (at least in the U.S.A). Many people are considered malnourished but are actually overweight, because they consume food with a poor nutrient density (foods that do not have a wide variety of nutrients, usually high in fats and calories).
The United States Department of Agriculture has a "National Nutrient Database" which contains details of calories and nutrients in many different foods. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
It depends on how many calories a person needs a day. Also on what activities the person does daily.
You should eat about half of what you burn during that workout. If you burn 1,000 calories, you should have consumed about 400-500 calories to last long enough to burn twice that amount.
Well to be honest I don't really know. But what you can do is look on the bread's Nutrient Facts, write down the number of calories, and slice the bread into 20 pieces, and divide it into the number of calories. XD The nutrient facts probably are supposed to tell you anyways... this guy dosnt have a clue
It depends on the cereal bar. It should tell you on the bar's wrapper or on the box if you bought them in bulk. You can find it in the nutrient facts on the box or wrapper.
