You can get fiber and many different vitamins, but if it's processed EVEN IF IT SAYS IT HAS NUTRIENTS, the nutrients can be completely lost. Try and buy %100 organic and whole wheat cereal. Some brands add nutrients which is fine, but check for CHEMICALS. (ingredients that sound like chemicals or are super hard to pronounce) So a lot of nutrients are found in healthy cereal, but cereals like Lucky Charms are just terrible with no nutrients. The most common thing is fiber in cereal.
