First I think you mean cereal... Anyways, it really depends on the brand and everything. You can get fiber and many different vitamins, but if it's processed EVEN IF IT SAYS IT HAS NUTRIENTS, the nutrients can be completely lost. Try and buy %100 organic and whole wheat cereal. Some brands add nutrients which is fine, but check for CHEMICALS. (ingredients that sound like chemicals or are super hard to pronounce) So a lot of nutrients are found in healthy cereal, but cereals like Lucky Charms are just terrible with no nutrients. The most common thing is fiber in cereal.
