Like all prejudices, age discrimination results, at least in part, from ignorance. Judging a person on the basis of age is just as wrong as deciding not to like someone because oh his/her race, religion, sexual orientation or physical impairment.
It is not valid to categorize the origins of a person soley on their Y DNA. It is only maternal, but the paternal is also needed to determine a person's origin.
When menstruation occurs on a regular basis that is the norm, there is no special word to explain this. When you get your period on a regular basis it is simply known as a regular menstrual cycle, it's a positive and normal thing.
