If it is a V6 about 6 Quarts with a new oil filter.

Turn it counter clockwise. You may need an oil wrench to loosen it. The new one goes on hand tight turning in clockwise. Make sure that the rubber seal from the old filter came off. Pre-lube the new rubber ring with oil before installing.
