Mobil 1 10w40 very high performance is the best oil to use unless you have very high mileage in which case use 15w40.
I have a 1995 impreza non-turbo. The fuse box in located on the passenger side wing in the engine bay. At the rear of the fuse box top middle is the locking device. Push the tab on the inside towards the fuse box and lift the cover off

ok 1990-1994 subaru legacy engines are basically the same the water pump on mine 1991 is located on the thermostat housing on the bottom of the engine on the lower tube off the radiator so find your lower radiator hose follow it is should go to the thermostat and the water pump is on that
Check your brake light switch located above the brake pedal. Check to make sure that the brake pedal rests against the switch. When the brake pedal is depressed than the lights should turn on, but when you let go of it, it should return up and meet with the switch.

It's in the fuse box under the dash. Look at the cover of the fuse box and it should tell you which fuse is brake lights and horn. On my Legacy it is the middle row, third one in, fuse 12 I think.
