The gall bladder and the pancreas is the correct answer. Some say the liver and the pancreas, but actually the liver produces the bile, but it is mostly stored in the gall bladder which secretes it into the duodenum, so the liver does not directly secrete the bile into the small intestine.
The two organs are: the Gall Bladder and the Pancreas. Do a search on each organ and you will understand why. Hint- The Illeum is part of your small intestine.
the two organs are the pancreas and the Gall Bladder
GALBLADDER and PANCREAS

The stomach and small intestine digest and break down food. These organs are found in the digestive system.
chemical break down
The stomach and mouth are two organs that provide mechanical breakdown of food. Bile in the small intestine also performs physical digestion.
the avioli
small intestine
yes
Because of the ENZYMES
Maltase breaks down enzymes in the small intestine.
The Large Intestine
The liver helps to break down fats by producing bile.
Your GI, or gastrointestinal, tract breaks down foods. The make-up of the food you ingest will determine how it's broken down. Your mouth mechanically (chewing) breaks down all food and chemically breaks down carbohydrates. Your stomach breaks down proteins and fats. Your small intestine breaks down everything else via pancreatic acids and enzymes. Majority of carbohydrates break down in the small intestine.
Protease in general. Pepsin in the stomach and trypsin in the small intestine in mammals break down protein into polypeptide chains and erepsin in the small intestine break down polypeptide chains into amino acids.
