I feel one way you can improve drug prevention is by scaring the players. You need to show authority and scare them. One way is if you make a rule about drugs and they break it, you show a severe consequence. The best is to kick a player out of the league. That will truly scare players into taking drugs and ruining the sport. Children look up to these players and strict drug prevention will improve the sport. Scare the players!
