The stomach is the primary organ that mashes food with digestive juices. It uses muscular contractions to mix and break down food, while gastric juices containing hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes further aid in the process. This combination helps to turn food into a semi-liquid substance called chyme, which is then gradually released into the small intestine for further digestion and nutrient absorption.
hydrochloric acid
The stomach mechanically/chemically breaks down food. It adds acid and mixes it into the food.
mixes it with hydrochloric acid and various digestive enzymeschurns and agitates the mixtureholds the mixture long enough for the acid and enzymes to break down much of the food
Food mixes with hydrochloric acid in the stomach. The stomach releases hydrochloric acid to help break down and digest food as part of the digestive process.

I suppose that the reaction between fruit/vegetables juices and hydrochloric acid from the stomach are not so important. Juices can increase the acidity in stomach.
Many of the digestive organs secrete hormones. Additionally hormones secreted in the hypothalamus activate acid secretion in the stomach and trigger fullness/hunger.
