The orphanage was not named in the books, but the sixth film gave it the name "Wool's Orphanage".
no he continues to move from place to place but as a child he was raised in a orphanage
Albus Dumbledore visited him at the orphanage on his eleventh birthday and told him.
they don't say, he was born in england, his mother was Merope Riddle, his mother gave him to an orphanage and then died, but her last words were, "his name is Tom Marvalo Riddle" then she died.
Voldemort hated his father because he left his mother after discovering she was a witch, which eventually led to her death and Voldemort being raised in an orphanage.
Little Hangleton was a muggle town where the Gaunt family (Voldemort's mother) and Riddle family (Voldemort's family) lived. Voldemort himself, never lived there. His lived his whole childhood in a muggle orphanage. Voldemort did spend time in his grandparents old house when he was working on getting his body back. There is no mention of Dumbledore ever living there.
Lord Voldemort's father was called Tom Riddle. He was a muggle who lived in Little Hangleton. Tom Riddle was not interested in Voldemort's mother, Merope, so she fed him a love potion. After discovering her pregnancy, she stopped giving him the potion and hoped he would stay for the baby. He did not. Heartbroken, Merope became ill and refused to use magic to save herself. Her son, also named Tom Riddle, was born at an orphanage and she died shortly after. Being conceived under a love potion is why Lord Voldemort is not capable of love. Voldemort killed his father and grandparents when he was a teenager.
Voldemort dies on May the 2nd 1998. (Born December the 31st 1926)
He was born on the night of 31 December, 1926 at Wool's Orphanage.
As a child, Tom Riddle liked to hurt the other children at the orphanage through use of his magic - even if he didn't know what it was yet. Later, when he became Lord Voldemort, he continued to hurt people he thought beneath him just like the muggle children at his orphanage.
He was born on the night of 31 December, 1926 at Wool's Orphanage.
31st January 1926. We find this out in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Price, when Voldemort's mother is described as giving birth to him in the orphanage on New Year's Eve.
It is most likely that Lord Voldemort hated muggles because of the long-standing persecution he suffered as a boy. His father (who was a muggle, frequently beat his wife (Voldemort's mother, who was a witch) and ran away when she was pregnant with Voldemort. During Voldemort's childhood, while he was in the orphanage, the other children would bully and call Voldemort names because of the powers he had. He would then use the powers to punish the Muggle children which had bullied him.
