The Brown Bear is the animal most closely related to the Polar Bear. Considering DNA and fossil evidence the Polar Bear diverged from the Brown Bear thousands of years ago. The Grizzly is more distantly related, but they do have some connection to the Polar bear. That leaves most all other animals not related to the Polar Bear.
